Welp, Here it is, The Youtube Day of Reckoning.

How did I even end up in this fucked up situation to the point of not using my channel, @Meoliver101 anymore?

Well, sit back and let me tell you the story from the beginning...

The Year is 2011...

The world is in shambles from a clock wheel that turned out to be guess work from a stupid ass group called the mayans,

The Video Game "Minecraft" Was picking up traction,

and somewhere in a church parking lot a young kid at the age of 8 would make his 3rd youtube account, his name? Oliver McKown.

This is the story of [Me]

This is also considered me by the way, the alias [Me] is something I made up for the sake of a username, and Oliver McKown is my given name.

Now lets get one thing clear, I was never in it for the views, never in it for the fame, in the beginning it was just a little hobby to have uploaded stuff to my liking, the previous channels I did were all text in a generator on YouTube back then. [I forget what the feature was back the called but it existed for sure.]

Anyway, after a view months of this, i would try some new techniques of video editing on a program called "avs video editor". I hate it today, basically there was this watermark in the center of the video making it unwatchable, even the it was tolerable, but now the watermarks unbearably big, so is the price just to use the software!

it USED to be around a one time purchase of 50 to 60 dollars, but now you have to pay a subscription of a 149 a year, to the unlimited one time purchase of, 279 DOLLARS!!! Imagine all of this money making effort, just to upload a video without a stupid watermark?!? Who would buy a software like that? I know, there are people stupid enough, case in point though, so SHUT UP!!!

I'm getting ahead of myself though...

During this time, I also had a facebook, Which I'm not showing you because I'm not an idiot, but for a time, I had uploads onto youtube that I either uploaded to facebook, or onto youtube with a youtube link. Yes, this is important.

Anyway, back then I would do edits of videos with fnaf, tlt music or whatever, I was a stupid idiot poopface at the time, even I knew they were awful.

That would all change though, on one single video to skyrocket me to the moon and back on earth where I had a different outlook on youtube... A YTP of Veggietales where it's just a ripoff of Jimmy Davis...

Well... At the time SOME people didn't see what I was doing... In my defense, I was a big fan of Jimmy Dean, so I wanted to make a tribute video edit similar to how he edits... Except I did it worse, because at the time, I didn't know what software he'd use or how he'd make the funny voice effects, and looking back, I am very glad that people clicked on my video, for how weird it was, still, avs without purchase? Don't even try to use the software AT ALL!

So I would make one hit wonder uploads of the likes of Ben and Holly, MAMMOTH, and the fansdfmovie segment from a tomska video where fans submit asdfmovie ideas to thomas ridgewell, the creator of the balman.

BTW, have you heard of The New Charlie and Lola Show? that was funny to my hyper mind back then. just thought i'd bring that up...

then the terrible news! the shocking bad news to take me out of wonderland!

Youtube has an update where youll need an id to verify your channel! what kind of bullshit is that!? it's like if you need an injection just to visit a Waterpark! I was almost at 1000 subs and this news breaks my heart the most! to make matters worse... Pomni goes godmother with a gun in the newest tadc episode? nope. No. NO FUCKING WAY!!!

But that doesn't matter, none of this matters, im moving to odysee, and to start my life anew... fucking sucks...
